So looking at it now I'd say...
MVP Hitter was Lucroy. Arguments could be made for Gomez, Scooter, or Aramis.
MVP Pitcher was K-Rod or Peralta.
Pleasant Surprise was K-Rod as closer until recently. Zach Duke to a much lesser extent.
Disappointment for me was indeed Segura and probably Braun posting career low #s post-PED deal. Gallardo was just a guy in the end again too.

I don't know how regularly they will be doing podcast but I enjoyed the first podcast at Miller Park Prospects. If you are interested in prospects it is informing.
