Problem for the Brewers, though, is that they are still the worst team in the division and still have the worst farm system in the division...albeit, it's improving dramatically and will only get better after the next few moves and upcoming draft. They're finally on the right path.

Worst farm system in the division according to who? It's top 10 right now and will be likely top 3 in MLB after the 2016 draft/Luc trade.

And aren't most of the Cubs' top tier prospects in the Majors already? I thought majority of their studs were brought up: Bryant, Baez, Soler, Schwarber, and Russell.

Yeah most publications have the Cubs with the worst farm system in the division now. Obviously doesn't matter to them as they have 4-5 years to start replenishing it as best they can behind their studs.

The Brewers have the best farm in the division and it really isnt debatable. Almost every single notable publication has them at #1 with a few having them at #2. Farm wise the Cubs are probably the thinnest. They have some lower levels guys who could be impacts but lets be honest here. Just going by pipeline Arcia is 6 and roughly 2 weeks of pro ab's away from moving to 4. Gleyber is their top guy and he comes in at 28. Just 5 before our #2 guy Phillips. Then add in the guys in the 50's compared their guys in the 70's. Its really not close.

I was definitely wrong about the Brewers farm system. Much more stacked than I realized. I'll admit when I'm wrong. To comment on the Cubs farm system, they graduated a lot of guys last year and are definitely not top heavy with superstar talent in the minors. However, they still have a very very good system. They also have a very deep system. It will not show up on a top 100 list but they have a lot of guys that are raw and could shoot up the charts such as Martinez and Jimenez. At first glance it will look like they have no pitching prospects but Cease, Sands and some others have a chance to shoot up the rankings as well.

I keep reading that the Brewers had a great 2015 draft, anyone care to give a run down on a few of the guys? I"m not trying to get into a debate on who's system is better between the Brewers and Cubs...it's all subjective and each of us probably like our guys a little better. I'm just trying to share some knowledge and learn some, too.
