That sucked so bad. Why do I feel like I just wasted 3 1/2 hours of my life? Nothing like winning the entire game, only to lose it on the last pitch. I had a sick feeling when I saw Cordero warming up. Blown saves just piss me off more than anything. A blown save and happy Cubs fans, today couldn't have started any worse.

It happens to the best of them...which Cordero has been. He can't be unhitable the whole season. Hopefully he/they shake it off.

This streaking hitting needs to stop. They only won one inning.

When you spend over 300 million in one year you should win a few. Go Sheets. Cant let one game get you down. Go get them Brewers.

That's what happens when the offense goees cold after the 1st inning. I saw that coming since the 3rd inning

Cubs did not spend 300 million this year. I love this excuse.
Cubs payroll = $ 99,670,332
Brewers payroll = $ 70,986,500

Cubs did not spend $300 million this year.

That, and last time I checked a win is a win and a loss is a loss no matter what the payroll. Teams don't get extra credit for doing more with less money.

Then why say they spent 300 million this year when they (well known fact) in all actuallity did not?
Either way, Cubs win!

Tough loss today...Yoga has really been unlucky during these last two starts. It's all good though...still 13 games above .500.

Actually the 300 million has gotten us pretty much nothing besides Soriano. Lilly and Marquis have been average. Our youngsters like Marshall, Hill (not today), Theriot, Pie, and Fontenot have helped our team immensely.

Very true, I never thought Fontenot of all people would be the player to step up for this team.

Sorry if I seemed pissed. Just 25 years of waiting for something to happen wears you down sometimes. Cool? :D
