You shouldn't feel silly it's still a valid point. LaRussa can still relay what he wants done from the tunnel that leads to the clubhouse.

Not exactly true

Everytime he gets hurt in most bad games by him it's on sliders,not fastballs.For whatever reason,Cordero refuses to use his fastball more even though he throws 95-96.All these blown saves are the same story,get two strikes on a guy with the fastball where the hitter looks bad,then throw one ugly slider after another that's either a ball in the dirt or hung and crushed.

I yell at the TV,earth the Coco,your slider isn't working,trust your fastball,you throw 96 not 88.
