Man, Cordero with his weak slider as of late kinda scares me vs. Rollins, Howard, Rowand, and Burrell :(

Well it's great that we won with Gallardo on the mound but does anyone trust any other starter right now? At this point, I expect to lose the next 4 anyway. I have lost all faith in this team and its relievers for the time being. We got lucky Turnbow had a good night and Coco only pitched well cause he was at home. And whats that anyway, does he not sleep well on the road or what? Do they not prepare the balls the same? How is the difference that big? It doesn't make any sense.

I trust Manny but it'll be a few days for him too... basically I agree with your point about the pitching, it's been kind of a crapshoot lately.

Manny is back to long relief although there is NO reason he shouldn't start for Vargas next week. None at all.

Hamels will own us. SCrubs have Lilly Munster going tomorrow against Maine, that should be a good one.

Of course I meant whenever the next guy has to get pulled in the 2nd or 3rd :) Hard to believe this is the guy I've been hearing about as out for the season the last 3 years. I'm all for protecting him and Yo as it'd be devastating to win a couple extra games now and have something ugly happen later. But this seems like a pretty unique situation where 2 of the least experienced guys have been among the most dependable.

I don't know what I'd do. It'd be nice to have some Yo/Parra innings left if they're still in the thing in a month and a half but I guess you've got to get that far first, too.
