so on the eve of yet another blow up from chris capuano, i started wondering if there were any serviceable pitchers we could get through waivers. i saw the wiretap that said contreras cleared, would you guys be for bringing in him to fill in the rotation spot til sheets comes back, then possibly move to the bullpen?

Conteras is horrible. He's not any better than what we have and that's pretty pathetic.

The only pitchers that will clear waivers at this point are ones we don't want, let alone having to trade someone for them. Unless they want to take our crap back.

Conteras is pitiful. I'd probably weep down and cry if we picked him up.

I say we pick up -Byung-Hyun Kim he only has had two bad outtings in a row and zona let him go. He has proven he has good stuff this season. I would take a shot at him over cappy.
