He accrued a ton of goodwill on being the hometown boy successfully managing his hometown team and as a result the idea of having a deeper connection and loyalty to Milwaukee. If Mark A put the money on the table, and it appears he put a legit offer forward, then it's hard for me not to feel burned by Counsell.

Like I said before though, I haven't liked the vibes of this for awhile. If he wanted to be here, it wouldn't have reached this point imo.
