The one position (besides pitcher) where I think we could see top prospects get time is 1st base. Black is the obvious choice. Martinez would be cool because he's so fun to watch. The one non-invite, non-40 man guy who might simply play himself onto Milwaukee is Boeve. If he just keeps hitting the way he has they might just hand him first base by this summer.

Mid season I'm assuming Pratt, Boeve and one or both of Yophery and Wilken

I feel like when your 18-22 are Wilken/Yoho/Knoth/Lara/Durbin, your system is pretty deep.

The Brewers do not see Craig Yoho as a starter longterm because of the injury history, though a true 4-pitch mix with two plus offerings is tantalizing

Seeing how far Jesus Made jumped up the board always amazes me. He has not played above the Dominican League and hes top 25 overall in some lists. Could brewers really have hit a home-run again on an international signing?

Interesting to see Quero that high after his injury last year.
I really hope this is the year for Jacob - if he could gain any reasonable metric of control the brewers could use him in the pen ASAP.

It sounds like they're going to try and keep Pena and Made together, hopefully in Carolina. Where they start OF Jose Anderson is going to be one to watch as well. It's conceivable that all three begin the year in Carolina, and god would that be fun to watch.

Other guys who'll probably start in Carolina include Payne, Yophery Rodriguez, Bitonti, Dinges, and Baez. Adamczewski feels like a guy who's going to get sent to Wisconsin early. Maybe Yophery too.

How early can we expect to see a Made, Pratt, Turang, Boeve infield? Lol

BA on Cactus League standouts. Nothing big, but

Brewers
The tales of Jesus Made’s production in the Dominican Summer League were also intriguing. After interviewing the shortstop prodigy prodigy in early February and then watching him play in the backfields, it all made sense. Made is everything he is billed to be: a mature shortstop with excellent defense, a strong bat and, most importantly for his age (17), a mature mindset. It isn’t an official stateside debut, but he made loud contact this spring. The Brewers are confident in Made’s ability to handle Low-A, but it’s all about his comfort and poise as to whether he plays affiliated ball or continues to develop at the complex in Arizona.

Milwaukee’s system is much more than Made. In fact, Luis Peña, who was part of the same signing class as Made, also created plenty of noise with his speed and twitchy bat in the DSL. Peña displayed his impressive contact skills this spring, but there is still work to do. At times, he got caught chasing, and it was exposed when he faced a more developed pitcher in the Reds’ Luis Mey, who struck him out on three pitches during the Spring Breakout game.

On the mound, Jacob Misiorowski showed off his well-established fastball, but also his two lethal breaking pitches. The righthander did not have the strongest showing in Spring Breakout, but he was effective in minor league games.

To add to the pitching side, Craig Yoho’s performance this spring could have made the case for him to make the Opening Day roster. While he was ultimately assigned to minor league camp, his backdoor slider paved the way for his success this spring. Expect him to be in Milwaukee before long.

Prospects Live sent out a newsletter with the staff's bold predictions and one of them had this:

Jesus Made and Leodalis De Vries makes it all the way to Double-A

Bold I know, for Jesus Made. LDV might start the season in Double-A if Preller and the devil on his shoulder that is prone to suggesting shenanigans and hijinks wins the battle. Jesus Made clears every benchmark that I wanna see from a prospect so young. There is an optimized swing for lifting and pulling batted balls, the EVs are in a good spot, and he is a good athlete. Elite prospects like this shoot up through the minors and I had to restrain myself from ranking these two guys higher. Is Made a shortstop, who cares right now he might be special and we could see him in the majors in 2026, if everything breaks right. Leodalis De Vries might just make it to Double-A before the all-star break because the Padres are always willing to partake in some goofs and gaffs even if it comes at the expense of their prospects.

Both Made being in AA and then in the Majors by next season would be totally ridiculous, but whatever, dream big.

Obviously gotta see him do it in the states, but hard not to be excited about the kid. If he can be up in 2027 we could be looking at 7 years of Chourio/Made in the middle of the lineup
