Second-guessing like a bitch here, but Koenig needed work and Patrick needed rest. Matching up with Freeman arguably should have been the priority there IMO.

Turning Chad Patrick into the new Jeremy Jeffress by overusing him despite the signs that he's worn out. How fitting.

I know that Patrick got it done in game 5, but he also threw more non-competitive pitches than he had thrown in any outing in about a month. And now he's throwing hopeless junk like 33% of the time.

Snell only has 65 pitches. We need a lucky homer.

Snell had 99 pitches his last outing. 77 now. He'll go another 1-2.

Would be nice if we could sign a pitcher for 5/$182 million.

The fact we’re only down 1-0 so far gives me some hope.

Snell might go all 9 with how we look against him.

It would suck to waste great pitching. Let's go!

Good job, Koenig. Bats need to wake up. Bloop and blast.

If the top of the order can't get something done here, it's curtains for the night.

We've put two balls in the air tonight. Both were in the 2nd inning.
