Re: NLCS Lead Up Thread
NLCS tix for Wis residents are on sale. I didn't check, I don't plan on going. Buddy of mine checked game 1 and sold out. I imagine they are all sold out.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Re: NLCS Lead Up Thread
On paper, that would be great for the Crew if the Braves-Dodgers series went 5. Kershaw will pitch with little doubt. Then I got to think he'd be out until game 3 against the Brewers if the Dodgers indeed advance. Theoretically the Brewers could close out that series before they'd have to face Kershaw a 2nd time.
Brewers may employ the same "starters" and strategy as last series with their own staff as it worked to the tune of a sparkling 0.6 ERA. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Re: NLCS Lead Up Thread
Kershaw pitching Wednesday and being unavailable for games 1 and 2 Friday and Saturday would be great

Re: NLCS Lead Up Thread
i got 2 tix for each game.
but, had to buy 1 at a time for the first 2 games
and got standing room for the 3/4 games
standing room can suck.
even if u have a good spot, people just crowd you and try to bump u out of ur spot.
double sucks for me, being short.
so, will have to go early and claim a spot and b an ahole to the aholes i guess.
was ok for the 2 games we just played.
was on the 3B side for thursday.
then by the right field foul poll for friday.
still, I AM EXCITE

I went on about 1005AM for the Wisconsin presale and only singles were left for Game 2, 6, and 7. Didn't plan to go but thought I'd do my homework. Game 6 or 7 may have worked out.

Not gonna lie, that does not sound very appealing at all. Understand the atmosphere will be excellent, but elbow to elbow, can't move or lose spot, etc would be a hard no for me.

Yeah, no way I'm doing Standing Room only. I'm not sure if there are many sporting events I would consider that for.

Sorry,
I didn't mean to make it sound so bad.
It's not keeping me from doing standing room again.
I bought tix for standing room.
If ur meaner and taller than me, u will be fine.

Braves got nothing out of a bases loaded one out situation not too long ago. Since then LA has scored 5 unanswered runs.

Oh well. You have to beat the best to be the best. The remaining AL teams are stacked. Bring them all on.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Yeah, if the Crew wants to have any hope of beating the AL rep in the World Series, the Dodgers are going to be less of a challenge.

I'm not super optimistic about beating both the Doyers and then an AL superteam, but thank god this is baseball and small sample sizes mean anything can happen.
