Haudricourt tweets that Profar is the guy the Brewers are targeting if the Rangers want Greinke. :o

I saw that too. Would be great, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

That would be awesome...especially if we find a way to re-sign Greinke in the offseason.

But, it's probably not going to happen.

Man, if only Prince was still a Brewer. That home run derby would've been fun.

I miss His Fatness. I had my shirt on and was yelling for him all the way. Great to see him win again.

I didnt have much interest in the derby this because there were no brewers in it for the first time in years, it seems. But since Prince was doing his usual beastness, it was pretty fun. Im happy for him.

It would have been fun to see Braun and Prince go head to head in the derby. I'll probably watch Braun bat once or twice tonight and that will be it.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I love the MLB All-Star game. It's one amazing matchup after another. Nothing else like it in sports.

I enjoy the ASG, but I usually don't go out of my way to watch it. I'll try to check in if a Brewer is in the game, but once they're out, I don't consider it must-see.

It's nice to have two teams in the same division fighting for the same player. That should help drive up the price.

Would much rather deal with the Rangers than the Angels.

Clearly the Angels are dangling Trout, amirite?

BTW, good lord was I wrong about Trumbo earlier this year when talking about fill-in 1B. Didn't think the guy could turn around his ability to get on base and mash that quickly.

Jay Jaffe predicts the Brewers will move Greinke for a package of players centered around Mike Olt. He's a power hitting 3B with gold glove potential. Yes please.

We need the Pirates to come in and whoop our asses. Worst case is we sweep them and get within 5 games and hold onto Grinke with no real hope of doing anything

That's what I'm afraid of. We stay within 5 games and do nothing (or even worse, we become a buyer).

Same thoughts. That would be such a Bucks move...

Does he play any other positions? With A-Ram at 3B, would we move him next year to 1st and Hart back to OF?

I don't think next year is a concern. Maybe near the end of next season if everything is going well Olt plays 3B, Aramis 1B, Hart RF but I am thinking that Aramis will be nearing the end of his 3-year stint when Olt is ready to roll.
