Wouldn't touch Scutaro this offseason though. This wave of success is going to make him vastly overpaid for a solid 37 year old player.

We dont really have a use for him anyways other than depth. Someone will give him starters money. We would be better off keeping Gonzalez.

Yeah...we have to re-sign Gonzalez, though, which may be a formality if we want it to be. Gonzalez's vesting option of plate appearances did not exercise.

What do you think a 37 year old is going to get?

We're not going to get Scutaro because he's going to get around $4-5 million for a couple of years and a starting job somewhere. We don't have a starting job to offer which is why he won't sign here.

Go Giants! I'd be a little bitter if Prince won a title his first year after leaving Milwaukee.

There really isn't anything about the Giants I dislike, except Wilson and he isn't playing. Go NL.

I don't dislike either team, but I like the Tigers a lot and still want them to win. So, to me, this is a bad start.

Sandoval with 3 homers in 5 innings!

Watching the World Series is so much less stressful having two teams I don't mind in it.

I don't know if I like sports more, but I definitely care more when there is a rooting interest.

This. Even if I go into a game where I have no interest in either team, I end up rooting for one eventually.
