Hader gets the 2nd half of the double header. Houser went 5 with only a run. 6 K's on walk. Phillips had two doubles. Hader should show well against Jackson.

0 earnies, 10k's, in 5 IP. In 3 of 4 starts since making the move, Hader has allowed 1 or less earned run, and has 30 k's in 19.2 IP. The 21 year-old hurler in AA is already improving at this level, dropping his ERA down to 2.96 on the season, and raising his k-rate up to 1.16/IP. Yeah buddy!

He's played CF 12 games in his career, but might as well try him there

Hader looking nice so far. Hader, Lopez, D. Williams, Medeiros, Ponce, Kirby, Diaz, Diplan. Good amount of pitchers to watch at AA and below. Would love to add an ace with the 2016 pick.

Went to a Timber Rattlers game for the first time tonight. Nice little stadium.

I liked what I saw from Josh Uhen. 6 innings scoreless, he was throwing 94-95, had an off speed pitch that he used to strike a couple guys out. He looked good.

Only 22 at bats but Clark is hitting a ridiculous .364/.517/.500 in Helena. Keith Law said today on Periscope that he wouldn't be shocked if he was one of those 19 or 20 year olds that's in AA because he's such an advanced hitter.

For the Astros' sake I hope Gomez has a monster 2016 because this trade, early on, is looking like a serious f*ck-up.

They were due one after the Bagwell deal.

Its a possibility. If thats the plan they would have to trade Jean. Which is fine. Arcia has nothing to prove in AAA. Especially Colorado Springs. Davis, Segura, Lucroy, and K-Rod all should be moved in the summer.

If they don't get a decent offer for Segura they can always slide him over to second base and see if his hitting improves.

The best question to ask TH is, 'Tom, I get the Arcia stuff, but who in God's green earth is going to play center next year?'

Ask him if Matt Dominguez is the future at 3B. He was tweeting all about him as the future 3B (note: he's never had a successful season anywhere but was highly drafted). Haudricourt kept asking if he was coming up to get a shot because he "hit .340 last week" in **** Colorado Springs. They cut him a few days later. "I guess the Brewers didn't think Dominguez was the 3B of the future."
