Ha! The angle of my monitor and lighting made it hard for me to see at first.

That why i always bet on sporting events like the World Series where i don't like or dislike either team.

Good start for me so far. My buddy owed me 40 bucks from losing to me twice playing video game golf and he wanted to go double or nothing on the World Series. I let him pick and he took Detroit.

Doug Fister takes a come-backer to the head and stays in the game.

If you're looking for a comparison for Fiers, I hope you're watching Fister pitch for the Tigers.

Not much of a comparison, at least in terms of stuff. Fister's best pitch is his two seamer, and it's unreal.

Now, if I were Fiers I'd look to add that pitch, no doubt.

More in terms of deception, fastball speed and curveball. Fiers throws the cutter instead of two seamer though I agree if I was Fiers I'd look to develop the two seamer.

The only thing that makes me think Fiers can't really do what Fister is doing in terms of pitches is Fister can dial it up if he wanted. He's throwing 88-89 with movement but if he wanted to top out he could hit 93-94. Fiers fastball is straight and sits at 89. If he took something off at the expense of movement he'd be sitting in the mid 80s.

It was taken after the all star game where Panda hit a 3 run triple off Vernlander in the 1st.

That doesn't look like Kansas City, if that's worth anything. Looks more like US Cellular. No fountains. Scoreboard too low and not in that crown thingy in CF.

Yeah, gonna go with WEFFPIM here. That's defnitely US Cellular and doesn't look anything like Kauffman Stadium.
