I don't buy that. Sure some players want the bright lights of NY or LA but if Milwaukee could pay what any other team could pay they would be a good destination for a lot of FA's. Look at Green Bay.

Nobody wants to play in GB either.

I'm not sure if you're serious or joking around. Players want to play where they can make the most money. Small town, cold weather and still have the highest paid non QB. They have been well run for a number of years and that helps as well. They have no problem attracting free agents.

No one chooses the Packers if they have options. It's still voted as the #1 worst destination. They have to overpay for free agents other teams don't want. The guys they get are typically coming off of down years.

I have no idea where you're getting the idea that GB is any kind of FA destination.

I'm not saying it's a preferred destination. I'm saying that due to the cap they are able to sign top players, something the Brewers can never do. Do they overpay sometimes? Of course. So does every team. X was 25 coming off a great year, Micah is 26. Did we overpay? Who knows and who cares? If Micah became a free agent would he have made more? We'll never know.

My point is small market Packers, Bucks and Brewers, 2 of them can compete financially and one can't. I'll agree to disagree but MLB sucks.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

This is an actual ESPN video caption, and not an Onion headline:

"Clayton Kershaw talks to Pat McAfee about how the Dodgers can win with so many superstars."

Rigging props is so stupid. As soon as that much activity comes through on such a single small event it sends up huge red flares.
