What a beautiful swing.

Murphy hitting him leadoff was smart. It's a subtle reminder to Chourio not to try to do too much with the swing, which of course, in the Tao of baseball, releases your home run power.

Nice to have the stage all to ourselves tonight. Fingers crossed.

Has any other pitcher started more games against the Brewers in their whole history? Feels like they've faced Quintana no less than 500 times.

For the love of God please win this game We need to get to round 2.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It's a shame but basically winning a playoff series at this point and time would be basically like winning the world series.

This must be how Lions fans feel.

Sanchez hitting .212 against lefties (.294 OBP) and slow as ****. He's 0-7 against Quintana. I'd play Mitchell (shrug).

Quintana stuck out 9 Brewers in 4.1 last Saturday, the O/U on K's tonight is 4.5. Seems low. He'll be on a short leash though.

Need the feast-or-famine guys (Adames/Hoskins/Sanchez) to do something tonight. Chourio and Turang can't do it by themselves.

Hoskins has owned the Mets. He needs to make something happen.

I'm also looking at Adames and Contreras. Time to wake up, dudes.

That's strange. Way to thank Garrett Mitchell for hitting the game winning HR last night.

Hopefully it works out for the Brewers.

I get putting Sanchez in but there is no **** reason for Frelick to be in over Mitchell.

This. Sanchez might run into one but a banged up Frelick over Mitchell is dumb (would love to eat my words when Frelick goes 3-4)
