if you're not pitching and you're not hitting with 2 out and RISP, you're not winning. Brewers just cannot manufacture runs, specifically with 2 out....ugh

3-0 on Molina's second homer of the day, 3rd of the season.

I'm about done with this one

Yadier Molina just outdid his season HR total in this game alone.

Bush you are horrible. You give up 2 homers to their #8 hitter who had 1 home run on the year before today.

"He just hit the ball where are fielders weren't on those 2. That's baseball. If we would have had a fielder beyond the LF fence then maybe things happen differently. Sometimes the ball just doesn't roll your way."

I've heard the draft is pretty deep next year, I kind of like the idea of tanking.

Yeah, and this time we don't even have to worry about fixed lotteries or players that won't sign(we get the same compensatory pick the next season).

Hall robbed again by Rolen.

He would have been stranded on second anyways

Man looks like we are demoralized already. Continue praising this team's resolve, Ned.

Well, this game about sums everything up for me. Bases loaded, 2 out failure. And then...

How does a guy with one homerun hit two with the pitcher behind him?

Cardinal announcers--"And now you just feel stupid" about Bush.

BTW Bill Hall has only himself to blame.

He stopped and looked after he hit that last one.

It's pretty sad but if we somehow would have found a way to win today it could have been a call for some optimism. The Reds are giving the Cubs a battle so we could have actually GAINED a game over them in the past 3 days and the Cubs/Cards would be seat to beat each other up over the weekend. We'd welcome a mediocre team into Miller Park(the only situation that involves us winning in the end sometimes). Oh well, too bad we can't get a run to save our lives.
