At least the LLWS is pretty exciting, I wonder if Ned would have the intelligence to manage down there.

You can actually make correlations to old games now.

I believe there was a Reds game where Ned left Linebrink out for a 2nd inning under the same circumstances where he imploded.

Ned probably forgot it though, or passed it off as the unpredictability of baseball.

I figured out why they keep losing: they are a horrible baseball team.

Except hitting home runs, do they do ANYTHING else above average???
It's a matter of opinion, and your opinion is wrong.

Pitch

At least the bottom of the order is up so this will be quick and painless.

This was just the part of the order I hoped would be up for a potential comeback.

I don't care about it being the stretch run.

Yost needs to be fired 5 minutes after this game.

I'm waiting for someone to slip the Journal a quote to the tune of..."if you would have told me that we'd be .500 in late August, and be 1.5 games out of the division lead...<insert happy statement>. I expect it to come from Ned within the next two days.

Apparently Ned was so angry over this loss he only said like two sentences and left the postgame conference. So...yay for that...
