We got screwed on that last run... Braun gunned Garko at second on a beautiful defensive play.

Unreal. This inning should be over with us still up by a run.

You can blame that ump for that run.

Why the hell is Valbuena killing us this series? With his .550 OPS or whatever he has.

What ever happened to "the throw beats the runner he's out?" Terrible call by the ump.

The ump was RIGHT THERE as it happened. How he missed Counsell just waiting for the runners leg to run into the glove is beyond me.

The bull pen is so exhausted we might lose this game if they have to pitch 3 or more innings. Any thought of telling Suppan to pitch until the game was over to give the pen a break. We probably lose but I think a dead bull pen might cost us another 2 games before their next off day.

That's an unexpected bonus, although that'll probably get him a week's worth of playing time against righties.

Bill Hall, Mr. Clutch.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Yeah, and this is Brian Gorman's crew (he's the one who screwed us earlier this season by calling an unquestionably foul ball fair down the 3rd base line)

Oh yeah Gorman. Blew the call against the DBacks. We were at the game the next night sitting right by where the umps come out. We let him have it.

Crazy question: is Prince actually a good defensive first baseman???
