1.5 saved with the three signings. I expect Boeve to also be under slot. Woodward is coming off TJ and will under slot. Kuehner and Manfredi are senior signs. Yoho wont get to his pick value. They'll have close to 2.5 or more in extra money for Bitonti and Pratt. I think they probably can get Letson done with that money as well as another of the back end HS guys.

MLB was testing in 2 of the 3 AA using pretacked balls to find an improved grip substance for pitchers. It only lasted like 2 weeks and it sounds may have been a bit to effective.

I'm interested to hear more myself from someone more in tune.

MLB has been experimenting with the balls in certain minor leagues the last couple years. For the first half of Southern League play they used pretacked balls, applying a sticky chemical substance to balls so pitchers would get a better grip without the use of rosin or sunscreen.

Strikeouts are way up, wild pitches are up, spin rates are WAY up, batting average is way down. They stopped using pretacked balls last week.

Five. Pretty damn good, considering the list is taking into account last week's draft picks.

#38 - Misiorowski

#99 - Gasser

I've got Black with his .951 OPS, 154 wRC+, and 42 stolen bases ahead of Gasser.
