Boggles my mind that a pitcher walks a dude up 2. Like throw 4 straight down the middle, who gives a **** if he homers.

Nah, the Jeremy Jeffress NLCS was much worse. This is just kind of more wimpy or something.

If he runs to 2nd Lindor very easily catches it on the fly and doubles him off first and the game ends anyways.

We've had worse overall chokes but in terms of a purely singular gut punch moment that Alonso HR is way up there.

These losses don't even register anymore because I've stopped expecting anything. I legitimately don't have faith that this team will win a World Series in the next 50 years with the way baseball works financially because once this "golden age" is over it's very possible we don't see the post season again for quite a while.

Annoyed as hell. Excited for Churio. Worried about replacing Adames and figuring out the rotation next year. Young team that needs continued veteran leadership and confidence. Some swagger.

Feel bad for Devin. It’s not like he's going out there to pitch like **** intentionally. He’s human. Please give him some grace before **** all over him.

Until next year…

Cue the MLB apologists telling us payroll doesn’t matter.

It's why I stopped getting too emotionally invested in baseball. I've become a giant fair weather fan. Not proud of it, but payroll parity absolutely matters.

I’m gutted. Can’t even wrap my mind around what just happened. I won’t ever get over this one. And was feeling so damn good after those back to back jacks.

I can't fathom Devin pitching for the crew again. Problem is, the league knows it, so we won't even get the same **** haul that we got for Burnes. Life as a Brewers fan...

Payroll buys you the ability to make personnel errors. So that when a Yelich goes down you’ve still likely got another $20 million dollar bat in the lineup. Or a couple.
