It's going to be interesting to see who we throw out there for game 3. Haven't heard a peep about Woody, I'm assuming he's not available. Same with Quintana. Maybe Patrick/Miz or Miz/Patrick.

Feel like its going to be Quintana even with the lack of information. Guessing a little gamesmanship. I don’t foresee Woody at all again this year though.
Do you get injury call ups during the series? For example, if Woody is on NLDS roster and tweaks his lat in Game 2; can we send him to IL for rest of series and bring someone else in?
Yes, you can replace an injured pitcher with another pitcher and you can replace an injured position player with another position player. However, you still don't want to rely too much on anyone who is a serious injury risk, because what if they get hurt in the first inning of a game? You can't replace them until the next game, obviously, so that can screw with your in-game personnel options a lot. Also, any injured player who is replaced on the roster during a postseason series is also ineligible for the next series in the same postseason.
I personally think it's going to be Quintana. A strained calf should be pretty much fine by now, and he has the experience. It's a simple process of elimination, with Gasser, Misiorowski, Myers, and probably Woodruff either being unavailable or looking like extremely unappealing potential choices at the moment. I think that Patrick will get a piggyback combo start with Quintana at some point.
I suspect that they're being a little secretive about it and won't show their cards until the roster actually has to be submitted. I don't see any real advantage in that though. It's not like the Padres or Cubs will be making important roster decisions based on guessing who's available for the Brewers anyway.
