Braun looks good, now Hardy and Prince need to follow.

He hasn't pitched in 9 days, we've been saving him for just this situation.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

BS is right on, Braun's swing looks pure as can be, seemingly no strain left there.

Braun isn't overswinging it, then you see Prince come up and take a huge hack-overswing at the first pitch. Uck.

Oh well, we're still somewhat in this one.

I do not understand how a major league hitter can go up to the plate, swing at a FIRST PITCH, and not hit it good. We see it every day with these brewers. It's one thing when you go up to the plate, and you see the first pitch is a fastball, and you hit it hard and get out, but its another when you swing at a f****** curveball (hart) on the first pitch. You have NO chance to hit it! I just dont get how if you are a major league player, you are looking for ONE pitch with a certain location, and type, and swing at a pitch that isnt exactly what you're looking for. Some of our first pitch swings are what you should be looking like with 2 strikes.

Hoffman went an inning, gave up two doubles and struck out one for Nashville. Hopefully he replaces Julio soon.

Speaking of Mota, he has 5 walks and 0 strikeouts in 4.1 innings this year.

Not really. He didn't walk anybody before the doubles.

DiFelice in the 7th, Coffey in the 8th, Hoffman in the 9th.

If we need the bullpen before the 7th, we can kiss these games goodbye.

Wish Macha would change his strategy with regards to the bullpen. Okay, if Braun doesn't hit that homer and it's still 5-1, by all means, bring him in. But Braun hit a homer and now you're within two. Don't bring in your scrubbiest reliever now.

I think overall Villanueva will be fine. Just a rough stretch right now, but he was our best reliever last year and has been pretty good overall.

Stetter should be okay as well.
