Can anyone tell me who will play first with Prince probably leaving? Has there been any discussions about who might step in? I'm out of the loop with that.

Obviously I keep Marcum, I just don't like soft-tossers.

Hart, Weeks, Braun and Yo will get a combined ~$12 million more next year. Marcum is in arby and yes he will get a nice raise. We save from the guys who will be gone but I don't see us spending much money.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Gotta think they give Gamel a look. Personally, I'd try him or Hart. We just can't afford Hart's slow speed and I don't give a **** attitude in right anymore.

Might as well give Gamel a shot in spring training.

We better offer K-Rod arbitration.

Didn't we agree to not offer him arbitration and in turn he waived that "finished games" clause?

I really want Hart at 1B and Gamel or somebody in RF.

I thought we negotiated to raise his buyout to $4 million.

Why do people keep saying that? There's nothing that says we can't and Melvin is an idiot if he did negotiate that in there.

Yeah, then offer him arbys. Let's hope he leaves the 5 for 5.95 on the table and goes elsewhere, giving us picks.

Well, I'd be fine with having him, too...but I think the guy is going to have a meltdown season with his lack of velocity real soon and I'm hoping it isn't in a Brewer uni.

He's not going to stay if we offer him arby. He bitched about not closing, Axford is here. He's going somewhere where he can close.

You know, I'd be more bummed about Prince leaving if he didn't carry himself like he wasn't going to be re-signing for the last few years. I get it, but the vibe was off-putting.

Can't stress how much the defense needs to be better.
