Game 78: Nats at Crew

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Mon Jun 23, 2014 10:50 pm

This will be a good 3 game barometer, the Nats are good. No more Colorado or Arizona (until the weekend when we get the Rocks again).

Brewers

2B Rickie Weeks
RF Ryan Braun
C Jonathan Lucroy
CF Carlos Gomez
3B Aramis Ramirez
LF Khris Davis
1B Mark Reynolds
SS Jean Segura
P Matt Garza

Nationals

CF Denard Span
3B Anthony Rendon
RF Jayson Werth
1B Adam LaRoche
LF Ryan Zimmerman
SS Ian Desmond
2B Danny Espinosa
C Jose Lobaton
P Gio Gonzales
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Good to see Brauns ankle sprain doesn't appear to be a big deal since hes back in there already.

Gios numbers appear a bit worse than in the past but i think it'll still be a good test for our offense tonight.

Nice to see GoGo climb back into one of the top 3 spots and Rami in a starting spot as well for the allstar vote.

Still looks like a long shot to get Luc in, he got about 800k votes since the last release but Molina got 600k.
Hope we can at least keep GoGo and Rami there.

Nationals are decent but still a team we should take two out of three from. And nice to see Luc move up a spot in the voting.

ESPN can't tell Jean Segura from Khris Davis though

We haven't been too good at home, so it would be nice to see that change.

K-Rod tweaked his ankle too? Well that's just great.

Why must Braun swing at everything? I swear hes either doing that or just watching strike three go right by.

Gotcha. Missed that play yesterday switching back and forth between the Brewers and US/Portugal.

I read that of Lucroys 26 doubles, only 2 have been hit at home. That didn't seem right but apparently it is. Kind of mindblowing.

Braun needs to sit. He's swinging at almost anything.
