I wish nothing but misery and despair upon the Cardinals and their fans.

No way:
Cards (respect their front office, hate their fans)
Dodgers (respect their players, hate their payroll)
Angels (enjoy their talent, hate their payroll)

Meh:
Detroit (a little too vet-heavy for my taste)
Baltimore (just not a fan of their style, plus the Cruz PED issue)

Okay:
Royals (hate the front office for torturing fans with Yost, but sympathize with those fans; not a great team)
Giants (like the way they build their team, but a little too much recent success)
A's (same as the Giants, though they kind of sold their soul and haven't played well)

Favorites:
Nats (good team, pitching, drafting, long-suffering city)
Pirates (same as Nats, plus McCutchen is one of my favorite athletes)

1. Royals
2. Orioles
3. Athletics
4. Nationals

5. Dodgers (I know their payroll is an abomination, and I'm sure they'll get Yankees-level hate from me after they win one, but I don't hate them right now).
6. Tigers

7. Angels
8. Giants
9. Pirates (I know, they're a small market team without a long tradition of winning, but they're still a rival that I detest. Plus, if they win one, in my heart, it will make me feel even worse about the Brewers. I have to admit that).

I'll save all of you the hours of scrolling it would take to get to the Cardinals.

Really can't stand any of the NL teams. Hoping Baltimore or Oakland win it all. Royals I guess wouldn't be bad either.

Royals, A's or Orioles for me. Nationals would be alright though. Don't see the Cardinals doing anything this year. Nationals are better than them, Dodgers are at least equal and Iikely better because of Kershaw and Greinke. I might quit watching baseball altogether if the Cards somehow win it all.

Obviously. Like half of it is former Brewers.

I can't wait for the Royals to win this one by wasting several outs and a chance for more runs with a sac bunt and stupid aggressive baserunning play. Somewhere, Joe Morgan will talk about how great the small ball was over A's baseball again when the game ends 3-2 instead of 5-2.

Former Brewers manager has former Brewers batting 1-3 in the lineup

Ned, you could have gotten Moss out of the game if you had gone with a lefty.

Remember, this is a guy who with Brian Shouse on the mound decided to intentionally walk Ryan Howard and then have Shouse pitch to Pat Burrell.

I feel bad for Rany Jazayerli but his twitter account is pretty great right now.

I have no clue how Yost is still managing in the big leagues.

Seems like small ball has been working for Yost in the latter half of this game.

Royals draft a pitcher and he literally pitches in the playoffs in the same **** season they draft him in, and is lights out.

Meanwhile, I'm pretty sure Eric Arnett is watching this game at home with a bag of Doritos.

My favorite thing in a tight playoff game: A backwards K to end the inning. Just a thunderous moment.
