I literally see no way Chicago is ahead of us. Minnesota will also plummet once Buxton has 2 at bats.

Here are two sets of rankings for the three clubs (MLB.com/Law):

Brewers:
Arcia (12/10)
Phillips (32/46)
Clark (73/70)
Lopez (NA/75)

Cubs:
Torres (29/15)
Conteras (NA/27)
McKinney (34/69)
Happ (NA/47)
Edwards Jr. (57/)
Underwood (67/)
Almora (89/88)
Cease (91)

Twins:
Buxton (1/2)
Berrios (20/26)
Kepler (96/33)
Stewart (NA/53)
Jay (63/61)
Polanco (75/66)
Gordon (77/98)

If you're going by these two rankings, yea, it's easy to see why they're ahead of Milwaukee.

But it seems like both are heavy with guys who have been on these lists consistently for a couple years. The only thing I can come up with is Law and MLB want to see some more results?

I'm confused at the lack of Hader on both lists. I think he's pretty clearly our best pitching prospect, or at the very least up there with Lopez. Clark missing a top 100 list is strange too. One of the youngest prospects in baseball last season and all he did was rake at two levels.

Love all of this. Hope if anything. Even if some bust, the crop is more bountiful that we should hit on some.

Hader is 61 on mlb.com and Lopez is 57.

I'm not doubting you, but do you have a link? This is what I'm looking at.

You're looking at 2015. They haven't released individual team rankings yet, only the top 100.

john: Surprised to not see Carson Fulmer on your list. Thoughts?
Klaw: Reliever. I don’t put anyone I expect to be a reliever (like Josh Hader) on the top 100.

I know he's down on him for arm-slot, but this is still strange.

Law's Cubs organizational ranking was generous to say the least. Law's ranking for Cubs is ceiling. BA's ranking is basement. Realistically the Cubs are somewhere in between. But in the end it doesn't matter much. What matters is how an organization develops them in the majors or what they trade them for.
