Whitley, Allard, or Benintendi (if he lasts). Overall the draft is terrible so it may not mean much. Just be upset about Funkhouser or Ponce. Personally I want nothing to do with Matuella.

Re: Draft Thread
i wonder if brewers go under slot value again and then go after expensive high risk high reward later.. 4 picks in the top 90..hopefully some trades at the deadline and are system should be on the rise going into 2016 with a early pick

The team with the best system in the game thought he was good enough to take #9. I feel pretty comfortable in thinking he was one of my favorite bats in the class.

He has no position. He also is a under slot draftee. Will not be the best prospect they draft.

I'm a Packers, Bucks, and Cubs fan.
I'm more amazed that Epstein keeps drafting bats over arms, and more surprised more teams aren't copying that model. It makes sense

It makes sense if you're one of the teams that can afford to go out and buy the pitching they want in FA, which the Cubs are.

We could probably sign him for 3 maybe 3.5 mil. If he sticks to his rumored 5 mil? He's gonna keep sliding.

Damn...
Was really hoping Allard would fall to us. Give me Aiken I guess. Please no Funkhouser!

Re: Draft Thread
Allard
Edit: It's also so depressing that in a few years we're going to start to see kids drafted that were born in 2000.
