Villar pulled a Casey Mcgehee not taking whatever extension we offered him. We're a month and a half in and he looks like absolute garbage.

Thank god he didn't sign that extension, huh? Dodged a bullet.

His base running blows. Too streaky. Wildcard.

Villar will on regret it if his career goes down the tubes instead of him just having a down year. Who knows at this point.

His low IQ in the field and on the bases will always plague him, but my gut feeling is he'll eventually starting hitting well.

I have no idea why they postponed the game so quickly today.

The radar looks pretty decent right now, there was clearly a window to play baseball.

It wasn't postponed due to rain, it was due to a heat wave. A heat wave brought on by the Brewers. 8-)

I hope the baseball gods reward the Cubs with a nice blowout after their BS "rainout" yesterday.

The Cubs are ducking the Brewers. That's amazing.

My favorite part is the Cubs fans trying to make us out like the crazy ones for questioning why they postponed a game that could've easily been played.

Doesn't look like the baseball gods are going to punish the Cubs today.

What's the theory behind why the Cubs actually cancelled the game yesterday? Stearns sounded apoplectic about the decision and suggested there was an alternative motive. It can't simply have been to avoid playing the Brewers.
