Swarzak got lucky a few of those fastballs were right down the middle, that could have been bad. That said, strikes out the side

Throwing a strike when the batter is thinking off speed is good pitching, in my opinion.

Assuming the batter is thinking off speed then throwing it down the middle does not seem like a good plan

It's just good pitching. Good pitchers have it as a skill.

Was at the game tonight and I have to say that Arcia assist was insane watching real time. I literally thought he had no shot. Twitter rumors are Brinson goes down tomorrow to AAA and IMO that is incredibly stupid. He has literally zero left to prove on the AAA level. Trotting KKKKeon out there every day blows my mind when you stood on this high horse that Brinson was untouchable and now cant find playing time over friggin Keon Broxton.

Burning that service time for Brinson like a champ. Here you go top prospect sit and watch how not to be a MLB center fielder.

The way we're using Brinson and Hader atm is ridiculous.

Wait, you mean to tell me that Broxton didn't completely turn his game around by spending all of 4 days down in AAA? I was so happy to see that he was brought back up so soon, as his shortcomings were quite the easy fix that could be remedied by such a short stay in the minors. It brings nothing but joy to my heart to see Broxton back, doing what he always does, while keeping Brinson out of the lineup.

I think he goes down when Garza gets activated. Im opposed to him riding the pine in the majors but Im really opposed to him burning service time doing that versus getting consistent AB's in CS.

Yeah, this is ridiculous. The only explanation is they're trying to salvage any possible value for a Keon Broxton trade over the winter. Either send down Brinson, bring back Phillips (who was really starting to look comfortable at the plate), and run out a Broxton/Phillips platoon in CF, or start Lew Brinson every single day. Ugh. Frustrating to say the least.

And risk somebody breaking in and stealing my Hello Kitty collection? I don't think so.
