I wish them a light return.

Sounds like Bryant isn’t all that coachable.

Yanks get James Paxton from Mariners for three prospects, including Justus Sheffield.

Cano and Edwin Diaz to the Mets rumors are going around. Probably benefits both teams but of course that's a lot of risk for the Mets to take to get Diaz.

That's such a terrific deal for the Mariners. Might get even better if Swarzak bounces back and they could get him a few saves and get a decent prospect for him at the deadline.

It's not an awful move for the Mets if they win a world series. If not, it was a dumb waste

Segura for JP Crawford. Not a huge fan of Crawford but I think the M’s will be back soon...but feel for their fans with the long drought.

Also just saw Santana going back. That’s pretty huge for the Phillies as they’re trying for every free agent. I think they could theoretically get Harper, Machado, Corbin and stay under the luxury tax if they wanted to.

Of course that’s unlikely but gives them more wiggle room for big splashes to come.

Corbin to the Nats. Probably 6 years.

$140 million. I think his pitch mix improved last year but that's a lotta cheddar. His velocity was declining as the year went by last season as well.

Looks like they are actively trying to get defensive switches banned. How absurdly idiotic.

This is concerning.

What could be more concerning is we all know baseball is a year by year game and players can do well one year then fall off a cliff.

Do people think our offense is going to be good enough?

Shaw didnt really hit as well compared to 2 years ago. Struggled hard against lefties.

Does Jesus improve on last year and finish stronger?

Braun is older so does Domingo come in and take his ABs more?

Does Arcia hit like he did at the end of year?

The catcher position hit poorly last year...what do we get out of Pina/Kratz/Nottingham.

2B??? We dont really have one yet....

Last year was really amazing but it will be much more difficult this season...our SP and Bullpen really pitched quite good and kept us in games...

Cardinals corner defense is going to be hilariously awful but their up the middle defense is really good.

We thought a lot of stuff like this going into last season. We’re due for a down season soon but the staff and team have earned my faith.

I think the bullpen is due for a huge drop off. That's the hardest part of baseball to get consistency from year to year.
