DeSclafani is a pretty good pitcher and their offense is pretty good. Line is even pretty much.

Reds might roll us. We might be lucky to split, they're red-hot. Especially if Yelich misses time.

This could very well be a sweep given how hot the Reds have been and how .500 the Brew Crew has been.

The two non Aguilar hits haven't made it out of the infield. To state the obvious, our lineup completely sucks without Cain and Yelich at the top.

Knebel puts big boy pants on tonight

Aguilar and Thames, and they were picked up for relatively nothing. Just amazing.

Do we give any credit to Counsell for letting Thames bat?

No and with a short bench, he didn't really have much of a choice anyways.

Counsell knows the success Thames has against Garrett.

YES we do give him credit. He is a great manager. I have no problem with any of his moves. Its also 162 game season. I am completely fine with him mixing in our bench players.
