Monday - 1:10 - Hamels vs. Davies
Tuesday - 7:10 - Montgomery vs. Miley
Wednesday - 7:10 - Quintana vs. Chacin
Obviously a sweep would be great but so would 2/3. Last time those sons of bitches come here this season.

So why exactly did we get Gio? Maybe he takes Guerras spot next time?

We are going to do a lot of patchwork pitching games with the expanded roster. Gio can handle teams with a lot of lefties in the middle of games or may take Guerra’s spot. But most of our lower-end pitchers may only pitch 3-4 innings most games.

Its a veteran arm. Of course the hope is he improves. I don't think anyone is expecting Gio to do what Hamels. He's had 2 really bad months. 2 really good months and 1 average month.
He could be anyone of those pitchers

lets see how Davies goes today, hoping no more injuries and he can regain some of that consistency from previous years. most people were looking for him to take the next step, but hopefully we can see the 2017 version at least.
btw, seen this tweet posted via ESPN. Nice to see JJ Yelich getting some respect

No outcome of Davies start today would surprise me. He could go a solid 7 innings or give up 7 in the first.

Hamels is 0-6, 7.08 in day games. Even though it looks like night out there.

why, r we not running to 1B, or on hits?
over confidence? laziness?
its happened enough, where they should have talked about it and cleaned this up.
no excuse not to go hard, run hard, after every hit.
