Continuing to piss away a lot of games lately. They are starting to add up now.

Yeah he should be DFAd after this game.

Last year we finished 5th in pitching. This year we are 27th. Should we be concerned ?

How soon are the bandwagon fans going to start jumping ship? Or do they only care about tailgating?

Last year at the end of April we were 17-13 and had scored a total of 2 runs (3 shutouts) in a 4 game sweep by the Cubs. It's early.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Sure seems like it doesn’t it! I mean our starting staff and bullpen as a whole has been trash so far. If you’re an optimist you hope Jeffress gets back to form, Hader stays dominant, we pick up a deadline closer (like soria last year), Burnes goes to the pen and succeeds and as far as the rotation you hope Jimmy Nelson comes back as good as 2017, Davies keeps pitching well, Chacin gets dialed in after a shaky start just like last year, Gio is solid, and you hope Peralta or Woodruff can get there stuff together and be the 5th starter. Boy that’s a lot of ifs. Some of them are certainly realistic though.
Also not gonna panic too much about the offense yet (other than Aguilar who I think was a fluke last year) We’ve got way too many good hitters that won’t stay down forever. Brauns strikeouts really starting to annoy me though.

Derek Johnson had a lot more to work with than this bullpen. Holy hell. Petricka has been trash. Alex Wilson has been trash. Jacob Barnes has been trash. LMAO Taylor Williams. Matt Albers has been the worst move of the Stearns era so far.

The only pitchers in the pen who have been worth anything have been Hader, Jeffress, and Guerra. Claudio has been solid, I guess.

I'm a Brewers pessimist but Bucks optimist. We don't have the pitching. It's gonna be a long year, unless Jimmy Nelson comes back and throws 200+ innings. Feel free to bump this post at the end of the year when I'm wrong (and I would love to be)
