I love the broadcast team but it's such a noticeable tradeoff in terms of video quality. Same with the NBA broadcasts when they're on ESPN.

Harper may be slightly overrated.

Shh, I’m told he’s playing above average.

Still way too early this season to make any call on him and that contract, but this start of his is woof.

I can't stand ESPN's MLB broadcast crews. I give them a try every year and it's a quick channel change.

He still has a 121 wRC+ and 1.2 WAR. He's above average but obviously not what he was in 2015-17.

I'm glad we cleared this up. I'll be super strict moving forward in how I use the word average.

Anyway, I liked how the ESPN crew framed it tonight. 'Yelich right now...but Bryce sells jerseys and tickets.' Sure, but I don't recall the last time we used that in player comparisons.

Has to be the worse loss of the season. I mean we should’ve won that game like 10-4. So many chances to blow it wide open. This team can never seem to pitch and hit at the same time.

Whys that? I never noticed anything as such - am I the only one?

I can only speaking for streaming over Hulu or the Fox Sports app. ESPN's video quality is significantly less sharp than Fox Sports or TNT when I watch a game.

Interesting okay I sorta get what your saying there.
