Is it not weird that Travis Shaw did not play for SA this past weekend?

Rock: “Senzel kinda reminds ya of Billy Hamilton out there in center field.”

lmao GABP is kind of a joke.
Yelich just hit a popup except it was a home run to left field.

I dont think he sucks but his odds of being effective this year after getting such a late start were always low.

And, to add, I think if one is a league exec that you could have reasonably expected 1-2 more effective seasons...I think the issue was the 4+ year contract he was asking for was likely going to be a disaster in the end. And now you add the idea that he really didn't get to prep for this season.
One bad outing doesn't set it in stone, but I kinda understand it from the Cubs' standpoint. It's been debated, but Theo decided to go all-in on a 5-year (or so) window in 2016. They're probably going to be a dumpster fire in 2-3 years, why not take a shot that only costs your owner money, I guess.

We sure have a lot of pitchers who miss over the middle of the plate all the time.

Puig is swinging at pitches two feet off the plate and then Burnes throws one middle of the strike zone, c'mon man. Leads to the winning run.
