They're really pushing this "come to Miller Park prepared" narrative this year.

Also, thank you for intentionally walking Arcia, under 200 over the last month, last inning so that we could clear Anderson and lead-off with the top of our lineup. No idea why they thought that was the right move.

Hader has already given up the same number of HR's (9) this year as he did last year in ~40 fewer innings.

It really does seem like they just can't get out of their own way right now though. Feels like this is the order of operations lately:

1. Starting pitching struggles
2. They get a good performance from the starter but the offense struggles to put up enough runs
3. They get a good start and the offense shows up, then the bullpen coughs it up.

So excited for a possible 2nd half surge and this is the game we get out of the gate. This team is infuriating. When are things gonna start breaking our way just a bit? Kinda starting to seem snakebitten. Maybe we used up all our magic last year.
