CC saying in the post game they were trying to draw the throw to first on that play.

So who would have predicted back in May they would have an August game where Anderson gives them a good start, albers a save and Grisham is involved?

I love Craig but come the F on.

Last night's game was one of the worst displays of baseball I've ever seen. Glad we got the W.

When I heard about what happened I immediately figured it was a delayed steal. Was told it wasn't, that it was just ineptitude. But looking at the situation (two outs, first and third, 0-2, one run game) it's pretty blatantly obvious it was intentional.

Pomeranz is starting, our inside source was right!

It's a bullpen game, though.

I seriously do not understand fans throwing back/away home run balls. If I catch one I am **** keeping that thing.

Hiura is pretty much a **** disaster in the field. I didn't think he was THIS bad.

I guess some of these errors are so bad that maybe they'll be easier to improve on?

Yes he can. I don't think he'll ever be a plus defender or anything like that but some of these errors are things he can clean up.

That was a great catch by the rookie. Cain would've got gold glove PR **** if he did that.

And, yea, Keston might be the worst fielder I've seen.

Hiura makes Thames look like a gold glove outfielder.

All that really matters is that Hiura's bat more than makes up for his glove. If he doesn't get better at either for the rest of his career he'll be in the Hall of Fame. We better not narrowly miss a chance at the postseason because we sent him down is hopes of getting Travis Shaw going! :D (no, I will not stop talking about it)
