I thought this seemed worthy of its own thread and discussion, but merge if you see fit.
New logo rumor:

with Miller losing the naming rights I'm not surprised they dropped the Miller "M".

Never been a fan of the ball and glove logo but the new one is garbage

I love the ball and glove, and am fine going back to it, but - despite overall liking the color navy - I don't like using it here. I know we have it currently so it's probably their way of doing old-school-meets-new, but freaking everyone has navy. So it ends up feeling like a more boring version of what we used to have.

Yeah if they wanted to combine old and new I would have enjoyed them going to the old color scheme but with a uniform similar to the current ones. I like the old color scheme but the plain "Brewers" font sucks and I only like the pinstripes for nostalgia, but I love the blue and gold scheme (Rufus King baby)
Home: White uniforms(no pinstripes), Brewers in cursive in old royal blue, gold border, old ball and glove hat in royal
Away: grey, the same but Milwaukee in cursive
Alternate tops: All royal with glove logo on chest
2nd alternate: Gold tops, hats with either gold brim or gold front plate
Then maybe even another alternate of the pin stripes for fridays or something if you still want those mixed in.

I guess I'm in the minority, I like the updated BiG. I would have been fine with just changing the colors on the old BiG but I'm just happy its back it's one of the best logos in sports history (aside from the incredible MiLB logos)
Pinstripes are a plus for me. I'd be all over a classic grey jersey with Milwaukee across the front and gold and navy blue trim like the early 90s alternates.
Lurked on BF.net and saw someone post about the Miller Park funds on the scoreboard in 2020 and new seats in 2021. Would love to see them clean/repaint the green on the outside of the stadium as it's starting to look like ****. Then add an indoor/covered but heated tailgating section in the general lot across the river. Something like that would be great for those people who forget or just don't bring tailgating items. Can have a shop out there as well, seems like it would make a killing. Would be nice if they could do it without blocking the nice sunset view of the stadium though.

As a more modern era fan it's pretty crazy to me that they had such a good logo and decided to change it.
Like that they're going back to it.

To be clear, I still like it, and especially more so than the "current"/old M logo. I think the overwhelming majority will be in favor. Even all bias aside, it seems to be one of the more revered logos in sports. I just wish we also kept the true blue, personally.

Is this a one year thing? Are they just switching for the 50th Anniversary season?
Anyway, no need to reinvent the wheel. Just go back to the original ball-and-glove logo, which I maintain is one of the best logos in professional sports.

Am I the only one that hates the dark blue and pee color yellow?

I love the BiG, it's one of the best logos in sports to me period. And it's about time they brought it back permanently as well as new uniforms. Their brand since Miller Park opened has sucked imo.

The only way I'll accept this is if they wear the blue jersey every game because that's the only jersey that doesn't suck gorilla balls.
