Reasonably sober take on things. I'll add that as a poll option.

Yeah...my vote is that baseball, basketball, and football are all cancelled. Basketball might revisit 20/21 season in 21.
*sad trombone*

These days it sure isn't

I will say if they start off bad then they should fully lean in and trade the short term guys for lotto tickets and get a high pick in next year's draft.

The Brewers' strength is playing the long game and adding small increments of marginal value throughout the course of a 162-game season to make up for the difference in talent and resources. I think a short season is bad for them.
I'm going with 27 wins. I think it ends up being a few good hitters and a few good pitchers with a whole lot of mediocrity in between.

Curious how they finish 3rd with that record knowing they play 40 games against the division.

I'm going to update my predictions with the expanded playoffs, but basically I expect the division to be very tight between 1-3 - a game or two separating them - possibly even tiebreakers. Putting aside the record itself - which is basically a crapshoot guess, I think the Reds are overrated and the Pirates are going to be god awful. I expect the Cubs and Cardinals to finish with better records than the Crew.
