CC overmanaging in the playoffs again and again. Why not leave Woodruff in the game. Dudes pushed all the wrong buttons this series and coupled with the awful offense not much you can do.

braves are the better team. their pitching is better than advertised. maybe if we had a freeman

Hader blew that, not CC. I just don't think taxing Woodruff, on two days rest for the first time since, what, 2018?, against Rosario and Freeman is a better percentage play than using Hader in the 8th IMO. Then Box would have to face Albies, Riley, and Duvall in the 9th, but that's not such a terrible match-up anyway.

Having your best left hand reliver in to face their best hitter seems totally fine to me
