Pretty bizarre from Counsell to leave him out there. He was clearly pissed off too.

So is Hader not allowed to attempt 4-out saves at all this year? Lefty up with the bases loaded and two outs in the 8th. Williams pitch count approaching 40, obviously gassed and/or doesn't have it, just walked a guy in. No brainer to bring in the best closer in baseball to finish it out, right? No. Leaves Williams in to give up the double and then brings in Perdomo?!?! I was actually kind of rooting for a loss due to how bad that was. Just insane mental gymnastics to justify that line of thinking.

The 6th player in MLB history to hit for the cycle 3 times in his career is Christian Yelich. Nobody has done it more than 3 times. Yelich has done it against the Reds all 3 times. Baseball gonna baseball. Also, lol at today's 8th and 9th innings.

At least we got some hits today and Yelich is playing well (against the Reds), his 3rd career cycle, only 5 others have ever done that.
