I foresee a run of losses coming up, the schedule through July isn’t very favorable.

Yeah, thankfully the Cards also have a pretty tough schedule going forward.

Other than the pitching staffs of the Pirates/Cubs, which are on the "meh" side at this point rather than good, the gimme games are probably gone.

The Reds were a 75 win team that got off to some very weird luck/injury/bad play. Now they have a few more top players up and are playing at that pace.

Cubs have a pretty solid lineup and OK pitching.

Pirates are now a respectable team.

Of course, between these 3 teams + others on the schedule, gimme games will come back once they still sell some vets off at the deadline, since they're so far out of the race, but honestly these 3 teams are barely worse than the Brewers/Cards at this point.

Close the roof.
