I always look in shock at how **** the Marlins have been given that pitching staff. Sucks to face Alcantara when we can't afford many losses.
The Marlins have a dumpster offense and middling bullpen. I guess we'll have to take 3 out of 4 given that knowledge.

Cubs leading 1-0 in the 5th.
I have no illusions of getting past St. Louis, Atlanta, New York, LA and then NY or Houston to win the title. But I still want the playoffs.

And the Phillies lose 2-0. Watched the last 3 innings. Philly looked like they've given up. Cubs are 6 over since the ASB

Another bat at the deadline would've been nice.

Went to bed early last night thinking they had it in the bag up 2-0. Lol, **** this team.

Phillies are going to win game 1 this afternoon in Washington. We had plenty of chances this season.

Great pitching matchup. Does Burnes come out for the 9th with 103 pitches?

Watching Mitchell and Yelich back to back is frustrating. Mitchell 2-4, double, stolen base, run scored. Yelich 0-4, 2 K's.

Weather is not looking good in D.C. for the Phillies this weekend, curious to see if they can get their games in. This is going to be an interesting final week no doubt.
