In way too early to care scoreboard watching I just realized we have a chance to gain ground on the Cubs since we play the Marlins and they have the Braves. But I just noticed Cubs have today off at home while the Braves have a double header today before heading to Chicago, that's a bummer.

Let's also hope that Austin Riley returns for the Braves this series as well.

As soon as I saw a pitcher named Weathers who looked like that I immediately looked him up. Yes, he is the son David Weathers.

The HR against Verlander was massive but other than that Contreras is finally cooling off a bit.

Adames has been useless since that clutch HR in the Royals series.

Did they really have Ortiz sac bunt? I left the room for a minute. That doesn't seem like the right play for the dude who's our hottest hitter lately.
