Feel like Rea is going to get lit up tonight. Just a bad gut feeling. Braves kind of struggling though so hopefully can find a way to take 2 from them.

I'm so tired of the punditocracy bad-mouthing the Brewers and waiting for a collapse. The other day somebody slammed them for playing .500 ball lately and staying at 15 over.
Seems like a plus to me. Nice to have the closer back. Sweep these tomahawk choppers.

I agree that I do feel like they’re not getting 100% the credit they deserve. I get they are not the Dodgers/Phillies, but they have been easily the 3rd best NL squad all year. Its not like they’re 53-47 leading the NL Central by 3 games with a run differential of +10.
I’m sure part is nationally its a bunch of no-names and the staff has been pieced together since spring training essentially. I get that part. Just not sexy on paper. But the season results has been impressive being 15 over and +80.

It will take a playoff run to get some respect. From the pundits and from many local fans.

No Hudson, no Megill, probably not looking to be too aggressive with Devin Williams usage at this point as in I doubt he's available today. What could go wrong?

Re: Brewers/Braves Series
Was tempted to just turn it off tonight after we had 1st and 3rd nobody out in the 1st inning and didn't score.

Looks like Elder got recalled to start tonight. He's been bad this year, need to jump on him.

Re: Brewers/Braves Series
I'm a little confused why they were so quick to put Ross in the rotation, hopefully a one and one. Seems like he should be in the 2 inning guy role that Junis was in.
