Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Thu Aug 22, 2024 10:56 pm

Friday - 8:40 - Civale vs. Sears
Saturday - 3:07 - Rea vs. Boyle
Sunday - 3:07 - Montas vs. Estes
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Partner out of town, my teenager’s have their own lives. I can’t find anyone to go with me to the game tonight so I might fly solo. Anyone ever go to a sports event by themselves? Might be fun. Last time at the Coliseum. Beer, some nachos, h-dog. :dontknow:

I love going to stuff alone, especially in a town I don't know that well. Do what you want, no obligation to anyone else. Just about all my concerts are by myself. Seen plenty of NBA games in Chicago, San Antonio, and Minneapolis, and MLB games at Fenway, Coors, Oracle, and T-Mobile.

Being at that game looks like a blast. Old County Stadium vibes.

I’m first base side, 5th row. Whole (sparse) section are Brewer fans. It’s awesome!

Vendors outside are selling beer, margaritas, michalada’s, bloodies. Good vibes.

I just looked up flights tomorrow and return dates on late Sunday night. I'm honestly tempted.

A lot of history in that stadium. It sucks they couldn't keep it going.

Yeah, and A’s fans are amazing. There’s hardly anyone here, they are losing, and fans still scream and bang the drums. It’s gonna be a big loss for the East Bay.
