I normally don't expect sweeps on the road and would be happy with 2 out of 3, this is the exception

Need to sweep to get back on the right side of .500 and hope the Cubs can lose 1 or 2 in Pitt (Skenes on Thursday). We're set up for Quinta and Peralta against them this weekend.

I only get the FDWI Extra games in SD for some reason, which is borderline unwatchable on my 75" 4K TV. The pixles are basically discernable, lol.

Gotta keep it going. I did not watch anything last night but glad to see a solid 7-2 win. Hopefully Tobias tosses a good one today. It would be nice to be within 2 games of the Cubs into the series this weekend.

Turang scratched, illness. Collins leading off playing second.

That's interesting. Collins hasn't played 2nd since last season, didn't even play it in spring. Thought they had kind of given up on the idea of him there

Smith has some nasty stuff. His command is all over the place but nobody is squaring anything up clean. Definitely more than enough raw talent to keep, especially since he didnt need to be in the majors. Insane that they didn't put him on the 40 man.

Why does Durbin keep getting picked off?

With Turang and Collins out I guess Murphy can't bench Durbin again.

Can we just have a pitcher hit in Capra's place? I'm sure they'll do just as much as he does.

That was a grind but a good win. Cubs lost. Reds lost both games.
