Favorite Club?

I really enjoy watching the Devil Rays.

Young, energetic, and uber-talented.

Don't really have a 2nd favorite club, maybe the Red Sox because they are the anti-Yankees and I've been to Fenway.

By far least favorite: Cubs and it isn't close, and I hate the Yankees A TON.

I liked the Indians after the Major League movies.

Yanks. If you hate the Yanks your unamerican.

I used to be a much bigger fan of them, but when they got giambi and shef I have liked them less.

The Twins. Love to beat them almost as much as the Cubbies, but when we're not playing them I like to see them do well. They're AL and small market...I can justify that.

Gotta be the Red Sox, especially after the World Series year. I always thought it would be cool to visit Fenway.

Being in Boston during the World Series run was the most amazing thing (though I didn't get to go to any of the post-season games). I started school in Boston in 1999, so they've been my second-favorite team for a while, but that was just an unreal thing to follow.

Twins (Huge fan of Torrie Hunter but really started rooting for them in the playoffs everytime they have been in it even back to the Kirby Puckett days)

I loved Kirby Puckett when I was a little guy and then got to play at the Metrodome when I was playing American Legion baseball so I think its the Twins. I've cheered for the Red Sox during the past few seasons mostly for the same reasons Luke gave.

As for whoever said that hating the Yankees was unamerican...Theres certain teams that you just shouldn't cheer for unless you're actually from that area. IMO cheering for the Yankees if you're not from New York is like cheering for the tornado vs the trailer park.

Me too. Not the baseball team, but the actual mountains.

Have to go with the Mets...Always loved them ever since Buckner gave them the series. And I love New York City but never in my life could even think about rooting for the Yankees. So its gotta be the Mets, Just hope Pedro is still out when we play in the Playoffs.
