9.P Dave Bush

Reds:

9.P Matt Belisle

Good to see Billy swinging the bat well yesterday, and seeing the ball well also. Belisle will be making his first start against the Crew, as he is 1-2 with a 7.84 ERA in 9 relief appearances. He has looked strong so far this year, although only going six in his last appearance, he retired 17 of the last 19 he faced in his last start. I'm looking forward to NOT seeing Mench in the lineup (hopefully) and for the bats to keep up the good work in the hitter friendly park.

Well going against another former relief pitcher. Hopefully we do better against him than we did against looper. Griffey really seems to have lost a ton from what he was before. Hopefully Prince can get his 2nd homer, his homers are going to come sooner or later.

That's a nice shot of GAB. I'd love to go there some day.

Let's see if Prince yelps out some more ape screams today.

That is one positive thing about Bush. Even if he has issues pitching he is one of our few pitchers that can make it up at the plate. Good job.

Dave Bush good on offense, below average pitching so far.

Yeah Dave hasnt had a great start this season. But hopefully he settles in and becomes a 4.50 Era. I would be happy with that.

Hall with 3 hits.. he is starting to pick it up. And to believe people on this board were doubting him.

That was Hall's fault. Should've stopped, J.J. was camped under but gave way to Hall after he got called off.

It was both of thier faults. Hardy called off Hall. Hall called off Hardy. Either WAY one of them should have caught it.

Wheels have come off in bottom of 7. Almost got out and now it is 9-5 Reds.

I hope Ned gave Hart an earful for not running out that bases loaded grounder by Weeks. What was Hart thinking??? At minimum he should have been going in hard to break up the potential double play. Cost us at least 1 run for sure.

Hindsight is always 20/20 but I dont think we should have pulled Bush after 5 even with runners on 2nd and 3rd.

I'll put this one on Nascar Ned. With two outs in the 7th inning there is no other decision put to bring in your setup guy. I can here it now, "we didn't want to overwork Turnbow." Well damn Ned, all you needed was one more out. Instead we bring in Greg Aquino who looked less than stellar last night.

VRROOOM VRRROOOM Ned.

Then he brings in Dessens to concede the game. Awesome, just awesome coaching.

At 9-5 going into the 8th, the game pretty much is over.

Villanueva needs to get his stuff back. The Brewers should send him back to Nashville to get him regular time and bring Capellan back up.

Well Yost, if you didn't use Wise last night when the game was completely over the brewers you could have used him tonight. But no, you take out shouse who just struck out 2 batters and bring in Aquino who looked like the second coming of Valerio De Los Santos. Aquino can look so good sometimes, and so horrible other times. The only good part of our bullpen is the 7th,8th,9th and for yost to use wise last night was stupid.

Paging Mr. Capellan. Paging Mr. Jose Capellan.

Ah, good evening Mr Capellan. Your table for the show is ready. Right this way.....
